Local Adventure: Let’s Go Nats!!
Here we go, Nats, here we go! ⚾️
Who doesn’t like spending their Friday night under the bright lights of a baseball stadium, cheering for the local team? After all, baseball is America’s favorite pastime. While I might lean more towards football, I am never opposed to attending a professional sporting event of any type. Especially with friends!!!
With the season coming to an end very soon, I was determined to make it to a game before it was too late. Two friends of mine and I were supposed to be meet up Friday night, so I suggested we go watch the Nationals, while at the same time of catching up. We found cheap [good] seats, hopped on the metro and hung out, while watching the Nats get their butts kicked. Yes, they are really sucking this season! Sorry (not sorry) Nationals. All three of us left the game saying our cheeks hurt so much from all the laughing and funny stories we told. I think that might be the definition of “SUCCESS”!
