It’s been about a month since I started my long, short-term “vacation”. First, I can’t believe it has been THAT long. But at the same time, it seems like no time has passed at all. I originally thought I would be posting once a week, besides my Foto Friday, but hasn’t turned out to be the case. I am constantly on the go, trying to crunch in as much as I can before the New Year.

…because…

When one door closes, another one opens!!!

And that is exactly what happened on the last day of my previous job. Who would have known my upcoming opportunity would have been granted on the same day I closed a six-year long chapter? Surely, I didn’t. I was very far from expecting it!

I have now come to believe that I made the right decision and did it at the right time. Of course, I shed my tears leaving my boss and consultants, but I also knew that wasn’t my end with them. I still talk to my boss often and have exchange numerous texts, calls and emails with various consultants on a regular basis. Nothing changed really, except I don’t report to an office right now.

I never thought my next path would line up this way. But now that it has…I am convinced it was exactly what was meant to be. Some people don’t really believe in fate or destiny or even “things happen for a reason”.

After this, I’m pretty sure EVERYTHING DOES HAPPEN FOR A REASON <3

So, what will I be doing and where will I be going?

I will be following in the footsteps of some of my consultants – some more specific than others. But I have no idea where I will be going. DUN-DUN-DUN! All I know is that I will be moving by January. Woop woop, how exciting! As my journey progresses, I will be sure to share some insight.
